heyoka - some of the freshest and funkiest stuff i have heard in a while, lots of whooomp and bass.
deru.la - one of my all time favorite artists, this guy is the nicest dood and makes amazing music. idm, downtempo, dubby, glitchy.
kiln - deep, melodic, dubby, dreamy. absolutely amazing.
elektronkind - a multi talented individual. music, photography, infinite computer knowledge and a really great person.
additech - the land of broken beats. a digital download store based in the bay area.
random rab - beautiful music from warm and friendly soul.
ultimae records - super amazing label that includes solar fields, aes dana, huva network, hol baumann, asura, cell, carbon based lifeforms and many, many more.
interchill records - my first intro to chilled out downtempo beats and still one of my all time favorite labels. naasko is a fabulous human and if you get a chance to meet him, he will put a smile on your face and you wont stop dancing.
adham shaikh - a true inspiration, a warm and generous man that has played the most uplifting sets i have heard to date.
muskoaka - also known as Andreas Adams, a wonderful man, with a massive smile, killer toons, amazing leatherwork, dance moves that will put MJ to shame and a moustache that will make you jealous you cant grow one like his.
visual artists - some of my favorite visual artists and performance artists
shaun freezen - some of the most amazing and beautiful art i have laid my eyes on. multi faceted, paint, digital from another dimension. absolutely stunning.
cory zaradur - warm, thoughtful and the brightest smile. this guy takes timeless pictures and makes the best music. indeed a soul brother.
miss joule - a great performer. everything from stilt walking, anything to do with fire, burlesque, hoola hoops, juggleing, anything circus related.
flowformed - my friend called Even who is an amazing visual artist and grand master of funk. he uses a unique combination of paint, photography and software. a lovely site that has some fabulous links.
phoenix olivia - a multi-talented woman who never ceases to amaze me. she is a photographer, dj, producer and world traveller. she has worked on some amazing projects in africa and her portfolio is grand.
podcollective - a hub for visual art, its very extensive and has some really amazing art.
luke brown - multi dimensional art that will make you wonder what planet your on and a very, very nice guy.
festivals and events - some i have played, some i would love to attend.
boom festival - portugal - this was an amazing experience and one of the most impressive events i have ever attended.
eclipse festival - a fun and fantastic event in quebec that was a highlight of my summer in 2008. this is a must see, must dance event.
shambhala music festival - western canada’s largest electronic music festival, a fabulous event in the woods of southern bc
symbiosis gathering - this was my first outdoor festival in the usa and it is beautiful. warm vibes, big smiles and fantastic music. also on the list of must see, must dance.
motion notion - an annual outdoor festival in alberta, always a good time.
